Project Description

Premier provided inspection services for complete renovation of Westlake High School’s 400 seat theater. Services involved all new foundations including concrete caissons; structural steel frame; new mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing; theatrical lighting; rigging; wheelchair lift; and audio visual systems. Premier performed IOR duties including inspections of all trades, special inspection coordination of labs and with the DSA, pay requests, and attending project meetings.
