Project Description

Premier provided inspection services for the installation of multiple photovoltaic systems at various campuses throughout the Glendale Unified School District. In 2012, the District authorized the installation of solar energy generation systems at 7 school sites:

• Columbus Elementary
• Keppel Elementary
• Monte Vista Elementary
• Mountain Avenue Elementary School
• Rosemont Middle School
• Clark Magnet High School
• Crescenta Valley High Schools.

In 2019, the solar program also added Glendale High School and Hoover High School. Energy cost savings from solar energy generation systems support the GUSD general fund. Additionally, the solar structures provide shade to GUSD playgrounds, lunch areas, and parking lots.
