Project Description

Premier provided the inspection services for this campus-wide multi-phased project. 

Phase 1 – Initial Demolition, Construction and Renovation Work

• Demolition of 4 existing permanent buildings and 6 relocatable structures 
• Construction of new administration building (with general & science classrooms), gym, cafeteria/library building (with Media and M&O offices) 
• Interior paint and window blinds for 14 existing classroom buildings 
• New parking and landscaping 
• ADA compliant restrooms as part of voluntary barrier removal scope 
• Exterior painting of all existing buildings 
• New roofing for 11 one-story classroom buildings 
• Removal of Poly 9th grade interim housing at Byrd Middle School to clear the way for new tennis courts 

Phase 2 – Final Demolition, Construction and Renovation Work

• Demolition of 15 existing permanent buildings and 2 relocatable structures 
• Construction of new one-story classroom building, satellite administration/classroom building, auditorium, and field house building 
• New outdoor play courts, landscaping, and parking 
• Removal of remaining interim housing portables
