Premier is providing the DSA Inspection services for the construction of a new Academic Building at Los Angeles Valley College.

Increment 1: Demo Theater Arts Building and associated hardscape, landscape, and utilities.
Increment 2: Construction of a 2-story Academic Building #2 with Stomtech system, hardscape, and landscape.

Anticipated to complete in 2025
