We started out as a very small home-office business, and while we may have grown in size, we still maintain the values and morals that we started with. Our core values are an integral part of our business. We consistently align ourselves with the foundational values that Premier was built upon. A company is only as good as its people and our team has over forty years of experience to prove that.

We pride ourselves on remaining honest and above-board in all that we do. We will never take on a project that we cannot manage or staff, and we are always upfront and transparent with our clients.

With more than 35 years of experience as an Architect and Inspector of Record, Greg offers an unparalleled understanding of the operational imperatives of the industry as they impact state and municipal design and construction. He has provided IOR services for multi-million dollar construction projects from ground breaking to completion.

Greg has the proven ability to deliver projects while following all of the administrative and accounting protocols required by the client to ensure project accountability with the highest professional and ethical standards in the industry. Greg has a well-deserved reputation for managing complex project teams that encompass multiple disciplines, building the consensus that keeps projects moving forward, and upholding the standards necessary for the project’s best interest.

Shelby grew up in this field and started working in the construction field when she was in high school at the age of 16. Since then, she has worked with numerous clients to meet their inspection needs. Shelby believes that there’s a difference between just hearing what our clients want and really listening to and understanding what they are saying. This in turn allows us to partner to bring the right solutions forward.

Shelby coordinates all administrative tasks within the office including proposals, contracts, and inspector relations. Shelby is also a closeout specialist that partners with various school districts in an effort to certify old or difficult projects that might be holding up new projects for our clients.
